The Cover Girls - the main opening act for Menudo (featuring Ricky Martin) during the Darrin McGillis Productions 40 city USA Tour. After touring with Menudo the girls went on to open for New Kids on The Block.

The Cover Girls - debut album "Show Me" spawned five HOT 100 hits, including "Because Of You", "Promise Me" and "Show Me". It was the first album on a independent record label ever to chart 5 singles on Billboard’s HOT 100 Singles chart from the same album.

Go Wrong" was produced by David Cole & Robert Clivilles of "C
& C Music Factory". The album featured the cuts "All That
Glitters", "My Heart Skips a Beat" and "We Can’t Go
Wrong". "We Can’t Go Wrong" made the #5 position on Billboards
HOT 100 singles chart.
The Girls first release on Sony Records division EPIC was entitled "Don’t Stop Now", it was featured on the compilation album entitled "Music Speaks Louder Than Words" on Epic Records. The Cd single on Epic Records features a B side entitled "Funk Boutique", a street edged club crossover hit.
The Cover Girls concept was created by Fever Records producer Andy "Panda" Tripoli and record executive Sal Abbatiello. The groups success with "Show Me" established The Cover Girls as a top leading top 40 pop group. The Cover Girls where the opening act for the World Wide tour for New Kids On The Block during the groups mega success. The Cover Girls had two major endorsement deals with Coca Cola on TV as well as Radio. They had a Sprite commercial that was presented in English as well as in Spanish. Billboards and calenders of the glamorous trio were posted nationwide. Recently they sang the National Anthem at Yankees Stadium which was also sponsored by Coca Cola.
On the international scene, The Cover Girls have been taking over Japan. "Show Me" was the #1 record in Japan for 11 weeks and their album went platinum. The Girls were asked to enter the world international Tokyo Music Festival in Japan, and they won second place beating entrants from every country in the world. The Girls returned to Japan for yet another successful tour. During their two week tour, they sold out ten venues proving once again their international popularity.
The Cover Girls record sales have been tremendous, up to date they have sold 5 ½ million records. The Cover Girls have had ten nationally released singles that have charted on Billboard’s HOT 100 Singles chart. They have appeared on every major TV and radio show nationwide.
Yes indeed, The Cover Girls bring out all of their beauty and glamour and combine it with their musical talent to form one of the top female groups of the 90's. The Cover Girls beauty and talent have propelled their first album "Show Me" to become an instant hit. Their second album "We Can’t Go Wrong" on EMI-Capitol proved to be the same, and their third album on SONY-Epic proved to be a smash hit!
